PHIL 320 - Ethical Theory I An examination of traditional and contemporary views concerning the overall nature of morality (views such as cognitivism and realism), and also of specific moral theories (such as utilitarianism and contractualism). Other topics include moral rights, moral responsibility and the moral virtues.
