SOCP 370 - Housing and Homelessness

This course introduces students to the sociological study of homelessness and housing. The course will cover the historical foundations of homelessness in the United States. Building on this, the course will introduce students to the primary research and intervention paradigms in homelessness and housing. The course will utilize a community case study design to introduce students to the work of addressing homelessness and housing crises in the communities they intend to work in.
