FAIR 235D - Experiential Farm Skills in the Outback

Experiential Farm Skills in the Outback provides an opportunity for students to explore the Outback Farm while discussing food, farming, sustainability, and methods for regenerating the environment. Work will include weeding, planting, transplanting, harvesting, natural building, honey collection, and other opportunities as the season unfolds. Each week we will discuss readings, including essays from new farmers, and how they connect to our activities on the Farm.
