NURS 556 - Implementing Effective Change: Principles of Implementation Science

In this course, students explore the interdisciplinary field of implementation science, which systematically integrates evidence-based practices into real-world contexts to enhance outcomes. Students examine the theoretical foundations of implementation, analyzing the behavioral, organizational, and sociopolitical factors critical for adopting and sustaining new initiatives.
