NURS 534 - Leading Organizations and People

In this course, students navigate the intersection of art and science in supervising and guiding individuals, primarily focusing on governance and leadership theories. Students have a comprehensive grasp of how these realms impact a nurse leader’s capacity to promote health equity and nurture a culture characterized by transparency, accountability, adaptability, ethical decision-making, diversity, and active stakeholder involvement.
