HIST 451 - Environmental History of U.S. Agriculture This course will review the history of agriculture in the U.S. in terms of the environmental opportunities, interactions, and consequences of different kinds of farming in U.S. history. It will also consider the social, economic, cultural and political sources and impacts of different kinds of agriculture.
