PE 112 - Intermediate Pilates A physical movement class designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body with focus on posture, breath control, abdominal strength, and muscular flexibility utilizing methods from the Pilates program. Intermediate Pilates utilizes the use of props and weights to further develop strength and flexibility while building on the movements established in Beginning Pilates. S/U grading. Also offered as PA 112.
Prerequisites & Notes: PE 111 or PA 111 or instructor permission Credits: 1 Grade Mode: S/U
