PE 173 - Swimming for Fitness Swimming for Fitness PE class is designed for intermediate to advanced swimmers looking to enhance their swimming skills, cardiovascular endurance, and overall fitness. Participants will engage in a variety of structured swim workouts, stroke refinement, and conditioning exercises. The course will also cover competitive swimming techniques, open water readiness, and personalized goal setting to help students achieve their fitness objectives. S/U grading. Also offered as PA 173.
