ESCI 524 - Advanced Marine Fish Ecology This course will teach the diversity of fishes in marine and estuarine habitats, their major modes of living, and their interactions with their environment. At the end of the course, students will be conversant in topics related to the ecology of marine fishes and comprehend the intersection of oceanography, ecology, and fisheries science through the lens of marine and estuarine fishes. There will be a mixture of classroom, laboratory, computer, and field learning and through these modalities students will gain skills commonly used in ecological research related to fishes and fisheries science.
Prerequisites & Notes: Graduate status. Credits: 5 Grade Mode: Letter
