IBUS 372 - Cross-cultural Management This course is concerned with various perspectives on, and elements of, differences in national culture, the relevance of cultural differences to key management issues, and applied issues associated with management in cross-cultural contexts. This means that the course considers various disciplinary approaches to understanding national culture and relates them to key applied management topics such as motivation, leadership, decision making, and negotiations.
Prerequisites & Notes: IBUS 370 or MGMT 313 or full major status in College of Business and Economics. Students in other majors may request instructor permission. Credits: 4 Grade Mode: Letter WP Points: 1
