ENVS 319 - Research and Writing in Environmental Studies

This course offers an introductory survey of the diverse range of philosophies, theories, and associated methods practiced in geographic and environmental scholarship. It focuses on the expression of these through academic writing. Students will delve deeply into an area of their choosing by writing a major essay based upon research in the secondary (published) literature.
