OPS 468 - Global Supply Chain Strategy

This is a capstone course, enabling students to apply their learning from the operations management program coursework. The course reviews supply chain principles and techniques and examines issues in managing global supply chain strategies and operations. Topics include global supply chain strategy decisions, key performance indicators, inventory models, network design, global facility location decisions, transportation & logistics, risk management, and sales & operations planning.

Prerequisites & Notes: OPS 360 or MFGE 341; major restricted.
