MGMT 413 - Management Consulting Skills

This hands-on, project-based course focuses on learning and applying business consulting skills using strategic thinking and problem-solving methods, in partnership with a local non-profit organization. Students work in consulting teams to address an identified organizational need or business issue, resulting in the delivery of concrete products or recommendations for business improvement.
