MBA 523 - Negotiations and Labor Relations Analysis, explanation, and evaluation of negotiation in organizations. Application of negotiations to labor relations in unionized and non-unionized workplaces. Issues include pre-employment discussions, collective bargaining, arbitration, mediation, agency, renegotiating contracts, and multiparty discussions.
