MECH 320 - Introduction to Fluid Mechanics This course introduces the fundamental properties of fluids and their conservation laws with a focus on engineering applications. Topics include fluid statics, fluid kinematics, conservation of mass, momentum, and energy. Students will explore Bernoulli’s equation, dimensional analysis, dynamic similitude, and internal flow characteristics and behavior in ducts and pipes
Prerequisites & Notes: ENRG 310 or concurrent; MATH 125; PHYS 161. Credits: 4 Grade Mode: Letter
