PE 103 - Topics in Yoga Students will learn different styles of safe Yoga practice and demonstrate flexibility, balance, strength, mental focus, concentration, meditation, relaxation, breathing techniques, and vibrant health. Topics may include Hatha Yoga, Flow Yoga, or Yin Yoga (among others). Repeatable with different topics to a maximum of 3 credits, including original course. S/U grading.
