UEPP 435 - Political Economy of Urbanization


The course examines economic and political forces shaping cities in both historical and contemporary contexts. The course focuses on the analysis of power, economy, politics, ideology, and culture with an emphasis on equity and sustainability questions as they relate to urban social and material form and everyday life in cities.
