UEPP 425 - The Washington State Growth Management Act

This course provides an overview of planning practices, comprehensive planning legal requirements, and recent amendments to the Washington State Growth Management Act (GMA), and applications of the GMA checklist procedures.

Prerequisites & Notes: Junior status; major status in Urban Planning and Sustainable Development, BA or Natural Resources Management (Extension), BA; or instructor permission.
