CSCI 435 - Cloud Computing This course provides an in-depth exploration of cloud computing principles and hands-on experience deploying scalable, secure, and resilient applications on modern cloud platforms. Students learn to design cloud-native architectures, manage compute and storage resources, implement autoscaling and load balancing, and integrate databases, caching, and logging services. Topics include cloud networking, identity and access management, data protection, serverless architectures, containerization, continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), and container orchestration.
Prerequisites & Notes: CSCI 367 or Cybersecurity (CISS) major status, or instructor permission. Credits: 4 Grade Mode: Letter
