ISE 430 - Project Management for Industrial Engineers


This course introduces project management principles and tools with a focus on industrial engineering applications. Topics include project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, resource allocation, performance evaluation, and ethical considerations. Students will gain hands-on experience using industry-standard software, case studies, and collaborative project exercises to manage projects from initiation to closeout. This course will provide students with a better understanding of the planning and execution of their capstone projects.
