ISE 491 - Capstone Project II

This course is the second in the Capstone Project sequence, focusing on the Measure and Analyze phases of the DMAIC process. Students collect, validate, and analyze project data, identify trends and root causes, and develop detailed project execution plans. Emphasis is placed on professional project management, teamwork, and communication skills. Deliverables include data analysis reports, project timelines, resource allocation plans, and preparation of a comprehensive project proposal that builds on the Capstone I project definition.
