ISE 340 - Supply Chain Management This course examines the strategic, operational, and analytical aspects of supply chain management in manufacturing and service systems. Topics include logistics, inventory management, demand forecasting, network design, sourcing, transportation, and the integration of information technology. Emphasis is placed on applying quantitative models and real-world case studies to evaluate and improve supply chain performance. Students will also explore sustainability, risk management, and global considerations. Through simulations, case studies, and team projects, students develop the decision-making and collaboration skills necessary to design and manage effective supply chains.
Prerequisites & Notes: ISE 301 or concurrent. Credits: 4 Grade Mode: Letter
