PSY 205 - Race, Power, and Justice in Psychology


This course examines the intersections of race, power, and justice through a psychological lens, using multicultural and systems frameworks. We will analyze how race and power influence societal structures and contribute to systems of oppression and injustice. We will also explore how psychological science can either reinforce or challenge these systems. Through readings and reflection, you will gain tools to investigate power, race, and justice, while identifying your own role in oppressive and liberatory practices.
