ART 387 - 2D Experimental Animation

This studio class will explore experimental techniques associated with 2D animation. During this project-based class, students will be exposed to a broad range of animation styles including, but not limited to: hand/digitally drawn, stop-motion, pixilation, collage (cut-out), and rotoscoping. The tools and final project output will utilize the digital format. Repeatable to a maximum of 15 credits, including original course.

Prerequisites & Notes: ART 109, ART 110, and ART 120; ART 203 and ART 230 with concurrency.
