PA 111 - Beginning Pilates


A physical movement class designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body with focus on postural symmetry, breath control, abdominal strength, and muscular flexibility utilizing methods from the Pilates program. S/U grading. Kinesiology majors only. Also offered as PE 111 for non-Kinesiology majors.
