Introduction/What is the Study of User Experience (UX) Design?

User experience design is a multidisciplinary profession that is still evolving and yet is in high demand. It is a combination of graphic design, industrial design, psychology, computer science and business. It requires big picture, strategic design skills, and the ability to design the very detailed interactions in interface. As such, good UX designers are in very short supply. This minor is intended only for industrial design, psychology, design and computer science majors only.
