Introduction
The minor program in Ecopsychology is an interdisciplinary plan of study that provides students the opportunity to become familiar with theoretical, historical, and comparative perspectives in Ecopsychology and its practice. This course of study complements majors in any of the disciplines and is interdisciplinary in its theoretical and practical origins.

Sample Careers: A Minor in Ecopsychology will provide a rich foundation for students who wish to pursue a professional practice in careers such as counseling, human services, journalism, medicine, social work, outdoor education, filmmaking, environmental policy, nature writing, education, recreational therapy, urban planning, and many more.
How to Declare (Admission and Declaration Process):
Students who are interested in pursuing a minor in Ecopsychology will need to complete one of the following prerequisites: HSP 410 - Mental Health: Individuals and Systems or ANTH 201 - Introduction to Cultural Anthropology . Grade Requirements
A grade of C- or better is required for a student’s major or minor courses, and supporting courses for majors and minors.
