Energy Studies, University Interdisciplinary Programs

16 credits

Introduction

The goal of the graduate-level Certificate in Energy Policy is to give students knowledge and an understanding of economic, law and public policy issues associated with the formation and analysis of energy-related policies, programs and incentives.

Why Consider an Energy Policy Certificate (graduate)?

Demand is increasing for a trained energy workforce in Washington in an emerging clean energy economy, including growing energy efficiency, grid modernization and energy storage industries in the state, and success in this growing field requires an understanding of the policy context of energy-related decision making.
