Why Consider a Theatre Minor?
The Theatre minor is designed for flexibility and well-roundedness within the curriculum to help students achieve a specifically catered collection of courses to suit their interests. With options that are available for designers, actors, directors, playwrights, and more, it is a wonderful option for those who are planning to pursue other degrees but still want to further their theatrical knowledge and ability.
How to Declare (Admission and Declaration Process):
Go to the Department of Theatre and Dance Office (Performing Arts 395) to declare the major. At the time of your declaration you will be assigned a faculty advisor who will help you navigate through the Theatre major.
A grade of C- or better is required for a student’s major or minor courses, and supporting courses for majors and minors.
