ASTR 113 - Sun, Moon, and Planets Introduction to the Solar System, with emphasis on the motion of objects in the sky, including seasons, phases of the Moon, and eclipses. Properties of the Sun, planets, and moons with discussion of recent results from space missions. Some class sessions will be held in the planetarium. Intended for future science educators but open to all students.
Prerequisites & Notes: MATH 107 or higher.
