ESTU 489 - Managing International Ecosystems A research seminar that examines how economic, environmental, social and political agendas affect the shared international ecosystem - Georgia Basin/Puget Sound. Course focuses on the interest of various stakeholders and the efforts taken to manage the cross-border environmental issues. The course involves cross-border travel and field work and thus participants require a passport. In some years, the course will involve collaborations with students and faculty from Canadian universities. Also offered as C/AM 489 and PLSC 489.
Prerequisites & Notes: Junior status or permission of instructor.
