Topics in Small Business Management, Entrepreneurship & Innovation offers a variable-topic format to address current trends, challenges and opportunities in small business management, entrepreneurship and innovation. By bridging theory and practice, the course enables exploration of various interdisciplinary approaches, including social, commercial and sustainability-focused content and perspectives, fostering innovative solutions for pressing local to global issues. It also allows for emphasis on personal and professional development, encouraging self-reflection and deeper self-understanding as foundational to entrepreneurial and innovative leadership. This flexibility ensures relevance for students preparing to lead in small businesses, start-ups, and social ventures.
