MUS 218 - Applied Jazz Lessons

MUS 218 Applied Jazz Lessons will focus on jazz style and interpretation, instrumental technique, jazz theory and aural skills, and jazz performance practices through the learning of pieces from the jazz standard canon and beyond. Specified listening and/or transcription may be assigned. Repeatable to a maximum of 12 credits, including original course.
