BIOL 477 - Genomic Data Analysis w/lab Introduction to the design and analysis of genomic research experiments. Genomics is the application of high-throughput molecular biology and bioinformatic techniques to questions in biology. Focus topics include genome assembly, differential gene expression, and genome-wide association studies. Primarily a computer lab course aimed at developing practical bioinformatics skills. This course requires knowledge of R programming. Lab included.
