PHYS 345 - Quantum Computing This course is an introduction to the theory of quantum computing, intended for students with a broad range of backgrounds. No prior knowledge of quantum physics is assumed. The notion of quantum bits (qubits) are introduced and built upon as a novel model for computation. The course includes a hands-on computational module based on Google’s free cirq package.
Prerequisites & Notes: MATH 204; CSCI 140 or CSCI 141. Credits: 3 Grade Mode: Letter
