PA 152 - Beginning Kickboxing A physical movement class designed to demonstrate punches, kicks, blocks and evasive maneuvers through a well-rounded workout. Improve strength, balance, and endurance while increasing mental awareness with focus on cardiovascular conditioning. S/U grading. Kinesiology majors only. Also offered as PE 152 for non-Kinesiology majors.
