MGMT 481 - Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Work

Examines dynamics of diversity, equity, and inclusion and implications for leaders, employees, organizations, and the society. Considers issues of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, and other categories in organizations using social science and other perspectives. Explores the nature, role and treatment of differences and the creation of inclusion in the workplace.
