MBA 541 - Managerial Finance This course extends the examination of the financial management decision-making process in the MBA 505 course. Students make extensive use of case studies and spreadsheet software to apply both previously learned and new analytical techniques to unstructured business problems. Stepping into the shoes of the corporate financial manager, students will make recommendations concerning key issues, such as working capital management, dividend policy, raising capital, the optimal capital structure, managing agency conflicts, the value of real assets and real options, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prerequisites & Notes: MBA 505 and MBA 511. Credits: 4 Grade Mode: Letter
