MBA 508 - Operations Management

This course is designed to introduce students to the concepts and techniques for managing business and supply chain management operations. Areas covered in the course include productivity measurement, forecasting, facility location, facility layout, production and inventory planning, material and capacity planning, lean principles, and quality management.
