MBA 506 - Corporate Information Systems Management


This course takes a strategic perspective of the role that Information Technology (IT) and Information Systems (IS) play in organizations. An enterprise view of the CIO role integrated with operations, finance, and marketing is developed to present a strategic IT/IS framework. The course will provide a working knowledge of IT/IS throughout the organization, including business operations, collaboration, data management, business analytics, decision making, and security.

Prerequisites & Notes: Admitted graduate student within College of Business and Economics.
