KIN 412 - Human Anatomy Dissection


This course will focus on independent dissection and preparation of the human cadavers for use in KIN 312 – Functional Anatomy by isolating and exposing the superficial and deep skeletal muscles. This course will allow students an incomparable experience to learn human anatomy through hands-on human body dissection. Students will be assigned a specific region of the body to dissect independently. Students will work in the cadaver lab 3 hours each week and spend 1 additional hour each week preparing dissection plans and completing assigned readings.

Prerequisites & Notes: Minimum grade of A- in KIN 312 and instructor permission.
