BIOL 577 - Genomic Data Analysis Lab Introduction to the design and analysis of genomic research experiments. Genomics is the application of high-throughput molecular biology and bioinformatic techniques to questions in biology. Focus topics include genome assembly, differential gene expression, and genome-wide association studies. Primarily a computer lab course aimed at developing practical bioinformatics skills.
Prerequisites & Notes: BIOL 321 or BIOL 323 or equivalent; BIOL 340 or equivalent. Credits: 4 Grade Mode: Letter
