EDAD 664 - Instructional Leadership

Instructional Leadership is at the very core of improving both learner and teacher expertise. This course will center on the skills that the educational leader must develop in order to meet the needs of all students. Students can expect to learn about the development and nurturing of a shared vision, measurable strategic plan, targeted professional development strategies, data driven decision making, and the need for the development and monitoring of a n innovative curriculum designed to address equity, diversity and inclusion.
