EDAD 660 - Leadership Theory

Organizational Theory is the study of human behavior within a variety of organizational settings, focusing specifically on K-12 schools. The course engages students in the study of major organization theories that inform education leadership research. Students will explore theory to help inform their own research and practice-based interests.
