RECR 375 - Assessment and Documentation in Therapeutic Recreation

This course will examine assessment and documentation practices in therapeutic recreation. The focus of the course is on the skills and concepts necessary to complete a comprehensive assessment of clients in a therapeutic recreation environment. Content includes assessment theories and models, assessment methods and practices, test construction, medical terminology, and documentation techniques and strategies.

Prerequisites & Notes: Phase I Recreation majors or instructor permission.
