ENVS 457 - Environmental Dispute Resolution Course considers several fact patterns involving disputes over natural resources and environmental issues. Students will study and, in some cases, research the facts and will be assigned roles to represent during dispute resolution sessions. Students have the opportunity to practice a range of dispute resolution techniques which may include negotiation, mediation, and other dispute resolution techniques. Also offered as UEPP 457.
Prerequisites & Notes: One course from: ENVS 303, ENVS 305, ENVS 355 or UEPP 355; or instructor permission. Credits: 4 Grade Mode: Letter
