HRM 425 - Negotiations and Labor Relations Uses cases, lectures and simulations to develop negotiation skills in a variety of management situations, including union-management relations. Issues include pre-employment discussions, collective bargaining, arbitration, mediation, agency, renegotiating contracts, and multiparty discussions.
Prerequisites & Notes: Majors Only. HRM 322 or HRM 422. Credits: 4 Grade Mode: Letter
