PE 118 - Intermediate Weight Training To build upon the principles of Beginning Weight Training (PE 108), by adding new concepts, techniques, modalities, and to teach more in-depth neurological and physiological adaptations, and how they are applied to resistance training. Students will design a periodized training program identifying specific training phases.
Prerequisites & Notes: PE 108 or instructor permission. Credits: 1 Grade Mode: S/U
