EDAD 512 - Policy & Personnel Studies in Educational Administration

Introduction to philosophical, ethical, moral and legal bases of educational administration, policy decision-making, and formulation and the relationship to successful personnel management. Study of selected personnel, policy development and implementation models in relation to above perspectives.
