SOC 422 - Global Social Problem Solving


This course allows capstone students to analyze contemporary social problems using skills acquired in the Sociology core curriculum, and then develop specific and tangible solutions to those problems that can be achieved locally, globally, or both. The final project involves identifying and implementing possible solutions to empower students to move from social awareness to social action.

Prerequisites & Notes: SOC 302; and SOC 304 or PSY 302 or SOC 215; and SOC 306 or PSY 301 or SOC 210.
